Laboratory Supplies

Laboratory supplies are many and varied. From tables and storage bins to chemicals and glassware, depending on the particular lab, the list can be endless. Each item is typically designed for a specific purpose or task.

Glassware is an important part of any list of laboratory supplies. Glass is used for containers ranging in size from the smallest test tubes to the largest beakers. It is also used for microscope slides and desiccators.

Laboratory supplies almost always include a list of chemicals. Varying types of acids and bases are among the most common categories. Many laboratories use different combinations of organic and inorganic compounds in the course of their experimentations.
