Laboratory Instruments

Laboratory instruments are as varied as the purposes for which they were designed. From highly precise scales to the electron microscope, these pieces of equipment are all vital to the research being done at any particular laboratory. Many of these instruments can be quite expensive as well.

Laboratory instruments designed for chemical analysis are very common in most modern labs. These can be used for breaking down the chemical construction of everything from blood to soil samples. They are extremely useful in medical research, as well as many other fields of science.

Mass spectrometers are also common laboratory instruments today. These devices are used to determine the chemical composition of a particular sample by analyzing its mass. These devices are extremely accurate and are used by research and university laboratories every day.
